Next Tier Growth has an extensive background in the M&A space & has successfully sourced & facilitated the transfer of ownership for the clients & companies we have represented. From the valuation & marketing phase, through the offer & due diligence phase, & all the way until the closing, we help navigate the process.
Once we design a business development plan with our clients to help grow sales, the most important part of that plan is implementation & results. Next Tier Growth will take our experience & development methods to help create more sales & also help foster the newly formed relationships with customers for future sales.
While inorganic growth might sound a great deal easier because it is M&A, by either acquiring another company or creating a partnership, it also has its own challenges. From actually finding the proper partner or target, to integrating them into your organization to reap the rewards, this needs to be worth the risk.
What is organic growth? Simply it is growing the organization through business development & sales. Much like planting a garden & growing your own food, this approach, while it usually does take longer, ultimately is done through growing revenue, by offering new products & services, & new customer acquisition.
The Managing Director of Next Tier Growth is Brad Pelletier. Brad has over 20 years of sales, M&A and business ownership experience. In addition to that, Brad has an MBA in Marketing & Accounting; a Master of Science in Info Systems & a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, all from Roosevelt University
